Special Orders

Creation Station LLC creates “Special Orders.” If you have a “Famous Being” that you would like to feature in your museum/company
to complement the opening of a new wing, etc., or the release of a new book, etc., or someone you want to showcase, then please contact us!
Provide us with a detailed description of the “famous being” – person, animal, or thing – that you would like us to create!
Include approximate size (height and/or length), colors, etc., as well as anticipated quantities and target date needed. (Please note that for
most “special orders,” a minimum of 600 is needed because of material M.O.Q. However, specific details regarding your request can be discussed.)
Also, if you have a budget/target price that you wish to hit, please include that information, as well, for it aids us in specifying fabrics. Flat art
(pictures, illustrations, etc.) also assist in creating the samples in a timelier manner.
If you are uncertain about ordering after you receive a quotation, you may request a prototype (approximate time from sample order request to
receipt is 1 month). A sample charge of $150.00 is due upon receipt of the prototype; however, if the item is ordered (even with changes), then
the $150.00 is automatically applied to the first order. (Specific monetary terms for product ordering will be supplied with reply to the quotation.)
Please be advised that, in most cases, the entire cycle time from sample creation to availability is at least six months. (Of course, exceptions always exist!)
The time is broken down as follows:
- Two months for the development cycle (to allow for alterations, approvals, etc. of the item, as well as the hang tag)
- Three months for material availability/production
- One month for delivery
